The hardest part is waiting...

I just did a little bit of racking and I have to say I think that the hardest part of winemaking is the waiting.

I want to bottle a few things and I think I might soon...but the blueberry I really want to let age for at least a year.  That means I can't have any until....oof next summer! 

I have high hopes for some of the batches I've made and others I think are just going to be so-so.  But I am looking forward to having an official wine release party in the summer!
