It was a bit tart and dry (almost to the point of pucker-age, but not quite) so I stabilized and sweetened it a bit and it is quite pleasant.

Raspberry
So true to my word; in order to celebrate vacation I have bottled 2 gallons of my raspberry wine. It has a really nice color to it which I am pleased with.
